Recipe: Summer Fresh Smoothie

This smoothie was really delicious and perfect for hot summers days. Read further if you'd like to know how to make it yourself! 
What I've used for two large glasses: The juice of 2 oranges and 1 grapefruit, 2 handfuls of spinach, 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries, 8 big strawberries, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 tbsp line seed and 1/2 cup of low fat quark. 
Sometimes, the spinach isn't caught by the blades, shaking the blender a bit usually helps.
