Berry Mojitos

The other night I decided to make us mojitos, but we didn't have any ice cubes, so I added some frozen berries and it was actually pretty tasty.

What you need for two berry mojitos:
140 ml rum • tonic • 4 ts fine cane sugar • 24 mint leaves • 2 limes • strawberry lemonade • a handfull of frozen berries (I used blueberries and raspberries)

What you do:
Put some strawberry lemonade in bowl and dip in the edge of the glass, so the cane sugar will stick to it properly.
Use half a lime to squeeze out the juice and divide it between the two glasses, cut up the other half in small parts and divide those too. Add 2 table spoons of fine cane suger and 12 mint leaves to each glass. 'Muddle' this for a bit, so the lime juice, mint and sugar mix a bit. Add 70 ml of rum to each glass, throw in some frozen berries and use the tonic to fill up the glass. Use the other lime to cut out some decorative slices.
